本试验以香石竹切花为材料,研究了不同浓度的植酸对香石竹切花瓶插的影响。同时,比较了不同浓度的植酸和纯水,蔗糖溶液对香石竹切花瓶插效果的差异。从中筛选出适合香石竹切花瓶插的植酸浓度,并研究其对切花贮藏期间的生理生化变化影响。
测定的指标包括:香石竹贮藏期间的花径、蒸发量、吸水量、水分平衡以及鲜重变化率等。
结果表明:在花径变化的测定中,经0.01%植酸+2%S+200mg/L8-HQC溶液处理的香石竹在保鲜期间得到最好的保鲜效果,切花的生长状况达到最佳状态;在水分平衡的测定中,结果表明蔗糖溶液对香石竹的水分平衡的保持有负作用,蔗糖的作用主要作用是维持正常的呼吸作用,因此它只能用来加入到保鲜剂中,处理0.01%植酸+2%S+200mg/L8-HQC在保持切花的水分平衡上起到较好的效果;最后在香石竹的鲜重变化测定中,无论什么瓶插液,香石竹切花的鲜重在初期阶段增加,然后逐渐减少,水分的吸收与丧失会有波动(与环境有关),但总趋势是失水量大于吸水量。
结果表明,用0.01%植酸+2%S+200mg/L8-HQC溶液瓶插香石竹在所测定的几个指标中可以达到最好的瓶插效果,无论是对切花的生长,还是对水分平衡和鲜重变化的保持,都起到一定的作用。
The experiment uses Dianthus Caryophyllus as sample to study the effect of vase planting under different concentrations Phytic Acid. The result shows: In the mensuration of flower diameter change, the Dianthus Caryophyllus dealed with 0.01% Phytic Acid + 2% S + 200 mg/L8-HQC solution get the best result during the preservation, and the growth of cut flowers achieve the best condition; In the mensuration of the water balance, the result shows that sucrose solution play a negative role on maintaining the water balance for Dianthus Caryophyllus. The main function of sucrose is to maintain normal respiration, so it can only be used to join the preservative, and make a good effect in maintaining the water balance of Dianthus Caryophyllus when dealing with 0.01% Phytic Acid +2% S +200 mg/L8-HQC solution; Finally, in the mensuration of Dianthus Caryophyllus fresh weight change, no matter using which the vase planting solution, the fresh weight of Dianthus Caryophyllus increases in the initial phase and then gradually decreases. The water absorption and loss is fluctuant (related to the environment), but the overall trend is the loss of water bigger than absorption.
The results show that The vase planting Dianthus Caryophyllus dealing with 0.01% Phytic Acid + 2% S + 200 mg/L8-HQC solution achieve the best results in all the mensuration indicators. Regardless of the growth of cut flowers, or the water balance and maintainance of fresh weight, the solution have played a impartant function.
