本文一共分为10个部分，主要从几个重要的部分研究本项目的可行性，第一，经济环境分析，这一部分分析了可能对本项目造成影响的国际经济环境，国内经济环境，以及广州的经济环境，另外还专门针对房地产市场，开发条件等进行了研究；第二部分主要是了解本项目的竞争对手情况，以及本项目的SWOT分析以及STP分析，锁定目标客户，并得出产品的租金以及产品的定位建议。第三部分主要是项目开发投资分析与财务评价，风险分析，对本项目进行了初步的投资测算与财务评价，判断项目基本可行，然后对本项目可能存在的风险进行了分析，尽量避免可能存在的风险。
