【摘要】：本设计是以“全兴蓉上坊”B区1#楼为对象，按照施工组织及项目管理要求做的。从工程施工方管理者的角度对全兴蓉上坊工程进行施工组织和项目管理设计，提供施工现场管理设计和造价管理设计等方案，以达到对工程进行很好管理的目的。
本设计包含的主要内容有：施工方案；组织机构设置；施工现场平面布置；工程质量管理方案；工期及进度计划；人力资源及机械管理计划；安全、环境、健康管理计划；工程造价管理方案等。
本设计成果为两部分：一部分为施工组织设计，主要是针对现场的施工管理。另一部分为造价文件，主要是针对全兴蓉上坊工程B区1#楼中的部分的预算编制而成的。

【Abstract】: This design is based on "Quanxing Rongshangfang" B Area #1 floor, it's completed according to the requirements of construction organization and project management. It makes the "Quanxing Rongshangfang" project construction and project management design under the perspective of the project managers. It provides the design of construction site management and the cost management program to achieve the object of good management.
The design's main content: Construction blue print; organizational setting; site layout; quality management of the project; period and progress plan; management of human resources and machinery; management of safety, environment and health; management of project cost.
Two parts of this design: Part 1 is the design of construction. It is mainly targeted at the scene of construction management. Another part is the cost of paper. It is mainly targeted at the portion budget of "Quanxing Rongshangfang" B Area #1 floor.
