论文摘要翻译案例-企业内部知识型的员工管理

企业内部知识型的员工管理是企业效益向前推动的重要因素,对任何企业来说,它的发展将决定着该企业经济的发展进程。在新的政治、经济背景下,企业员工管理成了决定企业竞争成败的关键因素。因此,如何用好人才,发展人才,是新经济形式下中国企业要解决的重要问题。

本文将以此问题作为重点研究对象,先介绍“心理契约”与“知识型员工”的概念、特点、产生背景等基础知识,树立起两者明确清晰的形象。然后层层递进,找出两者间的关系及其在企业内相结合应用后产生的良好化学反应和注意的问题。接着在对现有管理模式的研究和对知识型员工的剖析的基础上,阐明心理契约的重要性和其在企业管理中的主导地位,着重深入分析两者之间的相承和制约关系。最后对心理契约和知识型员工的特点及其薪酬制度进行阐述,并在此基础上提出基于心理契约的知识型员工的激励作用。

Internal knowledge-based staffs management is an important factor to promote enterprise efficiency. For any enterprise, its development will determine the economic development process of enterprise. In the background of new political and economic, staffs management is the key factor for enterprise success in competition. Therefore, how to make good use of talent  and develop talent are important problems that Chinese enterprises must solve in the new economic form.
 
This paper mainly focus on this issue. First, introduces the "psychological contract" and "knowledge workers" concept, characteristic, background, and other basic knowledge, to establish the clear images of them. Then progresses one by one step, and identifies the relationship between them and their good chemical reactions and attention problems after its integration application in enterprise. Next, based on research the existing management mode and analyse the knowledge-based employees, illustrates the importance of psychological contract and its leading position in business management, mainly analyses the continuity and constraint relations between them. Finally, illustrates the characteristics of psychological contract and  knowledge-based employees, and salary system. And based on this, brings forward the function of the knowledge-based employees combined with psychological contract.
