摘要
国家海洋局培训中心位于北京市海淀区北安河乡七王坟路6号，为国家海洋局应急指挥中心和党校，也是举行会议和员工培训的场所。而在国家海洋局的周围都是一些驾校的训练场，北边是疗养院，西北角是军事用地，该地块有一定的地势，西北高，东南低，还有一些的保留树种，设计主要为来培训中心培训、休闲的人服务。
本景观设计通过对地块及附近地区的历史、人口、地理状况、气候条件等背景的了解，坚持设计结合自然，因地制宜，自然简朴的原则，景观设计符合周边自然环境特征，体现了与城市环境不同的景观风格，并且保持原有乔木，除建筑外，规划道路作了一定的调整，以适合景观设计的需要。景观设计需与建筑相协调，为在培训中心的学习的度假人员提供优美的环境，放松身心，适于交流，促进学习的工作。
本设计对国家海洋局培训中心及其附近地块进行了现状、区位、交通、功能、景观、植物等的分析，结合七王坟的人文历史情况进行了地块设计；对设计进行了剖面分析的效果表达；并从场地分析、景观设计等方面进行了充分的说明。

Abstract
State Oceanic Administration Training Centre located in the No.6, Seventh Pendragon Sepulcher Road, Beian River town, Haidian District, Beijing City. It is the Emergency Command Center and Party School of the State Oceanic Administration, also is the held meetings and staff training places. There are many driving schools around the State Oceanic Administration, and north of it is the infirmary, northwest corner is the military site. This plot has some topography, northwest higher than southeast, and there are still some reservation trees. This design is mainly used to service the people come to train and leisure in Training Centre.
By learning the history, population, geography, climate conditions, and other background in this block and the adjacent land, this landscape design adheres to the principle such as combining the nature, according to local conditions, natural and simplicity, fits the natural environment features of the surrounding landscape, reflects different styles landscape from the urban environment, and maintains the original tree. With the exception of construction, road planning is made some adjustments to suit the needs of landscape design. Landscape design is coordinated with construction, and provides a beautiful environment to the holiday people who come to study in the training centre, so it will relax them, exchange suitable and promote their study works.
The design analyses the status quo, location, transportation, function, landscape, plants and others things in the State Oceanic Administration Training Centre and the adjacent land, and combines with the human history of Seventh Pendragon Sepulcher. And make a section effect expression to the disign and fully illuminate the analysis of venue and landscape design.
