目的 分析绵阳市近两年的水痘疫情发生情况，为当地政府相关部门制定水痘预防控制措施提供科学依据。
方法 对绵阳市2006—2007年水痘病例及水痘爆发事件采用描述流行病学分析。
结果 2006—2007年全绵阳市共报告水痘病例3660例，无死亡。其中2006年报告病例1656例，发病率比2005年增加674.76%，2007年报告病例2004例，发病率比2006年增加21.57%。6月和12月为发病高峰；06年发病率最高的三个地区是北川、江油和高新区；07年发病率最高是北川、平武和高新区；学生和幼托儿童最多，2006—2007年全绵阳市共报告水痘事件8起，其中5起发生在学校。
结论 水痘具有明显的季节发病高峰，春末夏初为高发季节；发病人群以14岁以下人群为主，学生为高发人群，乡村小学是水痘事件发生的重要场所，要提高高发地区的乡村小学的水痘疫苗接种率，才能有效的预防和控制水痘的爆发和流行。
Objective: To analyse chickenpox epidemic in Mianyang City in late two years, and provide scientific basis to help the local relevant government departments develop chickenpox prevention and control measures.
Methods: Analyse 2006-2007 chickenpox cases and chickenpox outbreak incidents in Mianyang City by Describe Epidemiological.
Results: 2006-2007 there are total 3,660 reported chickenpox cases in Mianyang City, and there is no death. There were 1,656 reported cases in 2006, the incidence rate increased 674.76% more than in 2005. There were 2,004 reported cases in 2007 and the incidence rate increased 21.57 % more than in 2006. June and December are the incidence peak; The three highest incidence regions in 2006 were Beichuan, Jiangyou and High-tech zone; In 2007 were Beichuan, PingWu and High-tech zone; Students and children up to preschools were the mainly incident people. In 2006-2007 there were total eight reported chickenpox cases in Mianyang City, and five of them occurred in schools.
Conclusion: Chickenpox has obvious incidence peak season, the Late Spring and Early Summer are the peak season; Incidence people are most under the age of 14, students are high-risk population, and rural primary schools is an important place taked place the cases of chickenpox. So it's important to improve rural primary schools' Chickenpox vaccination rate in the high incidence regions, so as to prevent and control the prevalence and outbreak of Chickenpox effectively.
